I had the pleasure of creating the backside of the menu card and custom burrito wrapping for the vegan Sushi Bar "HAPPY MAKI" in Brighton. This ethical and sustainability-driven business was founded by my friend Anna, whose mission is to make plant-based sushi both delicious and impactful.
